At Pak’nSave Lower Hutt, lighting was becoming a liability. The old T8 Highbay fittings—each with six 54W fluorescent tubes—were chewing through energy, racking up maintenance bills, and creating constant inconvenience. The store needed a smarter solution.

FOS Lighting delivered it. We supplied the Long Bay G2, a 180W luminaire with a wrap-around diffuser that floods every shelf—from the very top to the bottom—with crisp, high-output light. Power consumption plummeted, maintenance expenses all but disappeared, and the aisles looked brighter than ever.

Outside, the transformation continued. Ecopoint’s Area Light refreshed the carpark, providing clear wayfinding illumination with zero wasted uplight. Advanced optics and sharp cut-offs ensure the light reaches exactly where it’s needed, limited to the carpark—without intruding on the night sky.
