At Hutt Valley DHB, the ceilings told their own story. Built to imperial measurements decades ago, they didn’t match today’s standard panel sizes. Replacing the ceiling grid across multiple floors would have been costly and disruptive.

Ecopoint engineered a smarter solution. We designed edge-lit panels specifically for the project, fitting seamlessly into the existing grid while delivering modern, efficient illumination. No costly rebuild. No compromise.

Outside, the challenge was different: lighting the roof of the parking structure without spilling glare into neighbouring properties. Ecopoint’s Area Light luminaires solved it with advanced optics and precise cut-offs—providing clear, safe visibility while keeping light pollution to a minimum.
