The first-generation Ecopoint single-point high-bay was launched in 2016, and reliable long-term operation from those early installations is a testament to the effectiveness of careful specification of electrical, optical and thermal configurations. That care continues to be applied in this fourth-generation product, although technology changes in the intervening period has unlocked higher levels of performance, dependability and range flexibility. This new G4 product now leverages a Zhaga Book 18 standardised socket to open up options for interoperability through compatibility with plug-in sensor/control modules, including BLE mesh communications.
