158 The Terrace is one of Wellington’s most desirable locations. When it came time for a lighting retrofit, the goal was clear: create a space that felt modern, minimal, and perfectly suited to its premium setting.

Ecopoint delivered. Cable trays were used to support the luminaires, complementing the exposed concrete ceilings with an industrial elegance. Suspended pendant luminaires provided directional task lighting, ensuring every workspace was bright, functional, and stylish.
